Years ago I read a book titled “Feel the Fear and Do it Anyway”. In this book author Susan Jeffers explored what we fear, why we feel it, and what to do differently. As human beings, we have the potential to be anything we want - but that thing called “fear” often gets in the way and stops us.
In this episode I am proud to introduce Sasha Rhee, who as of this recording is just a few months shy of her 16th birthday. As I have gotten to know Sasha I have found her to be quite a remarkable person and wanted to chat with her about the decision she made at 11 years old to join a CrossFit gym - yes you heard me correctly - 11 - and her journey over the last 4 years.
This is a story about determination, self-discipline, and how fear can positively drive you in life to accomplish your goals.
